ALPHA STRIKE stages trades against live Zerodha Kite quotes and shows you the exact order ticket before anything reaches the market. Nothing is ever placed without you personally confirming it — there is no mode that skips this.
Built-In Guardrails
Straight from the entry script itself — not a policy that could quietly be switched off.

Every run prints the full order ticket and stops — unless
you explicitly pass --live, nothing can reach
Kite, no matter what you answer at the prompt.

Even in live mode, you must personally type y
at the confirmation prompt before an order is sent — once
per session, right before it goes out.

Symbol, strike, LTP, quantity, credit received, and the suggested target/stop-loss are all printed before you're ever asked to confirm anything.

The entry script places entry orders only — it does not watch or auto-exit the position. You manage the exit yourself, in Kite, on your own judgment.
Every Trading Morning
The same routine, run in order, before any strike is even considered.
MORNING ROUTINE
A fresh Kite Connect token is required every morning — it expires overnight. This has to run first; everything else depends on it.
Pulls yesterday's/today's option bhavcopy from NSE's public archive for every tracked symbol — powers the Monthly, Weekly, Daily and Cyclic engines.
Pulls 5-minute intraday option and spot candles via Kite, NSE and BSE both — the data source that powers the Hourly and Cyclic engines.
Pulls current F&O lot sizes straight from Kite's instrument master, so quantities are never calculated off a stale value.
Fetches live spot and option LTPs, resolves the strategy's strikes for the day, and prints the full ticket — symbol, strike, quantity, credit, target and stop-loss.
Nothing happens until you type y. Say no,
and it's logged as cancelled — no order, no retry, no
automatic anything.
